Membership

Joining is easy. For a small deposit of $25 (establishes your Share (Savings) Account and credit union membership) you can begin to enjoy personalized service, free checking, internet banking, low loan rates, and much more! Membership is limited to groups, each defined in the credit union's charter, who share a common bond of occupation or association, or are located within a well-defined neighborhood, community, or rural district.

Another way to join is through marriage or blood relation. If a member of your family is already a member of White County Federal Credit Union, you too can become a member. Also, if an immediate family member works at one of our groups you are eligible to join too.

Member control is democratically exercised regardless of the number of shares held. No member has more than one vote.
